Arizona Administrative Codes revised for Real Estate Appraisal Division of the Department of Financial Institutions

New rules are in effect as of Oct. 6th, 2015. Primarily, changes were made to the approval of education for course providers and AMCs.

Small Business Bill of Rights

In compliance with HB2260 which became effective July 24, 2014, relating to subsection (C) of A.R.S. 41-1001.01, a Bill of Rights for Small Businesses has been created for our division.  The definition of a Small Business can be found in A.R.S. 41-1001(21).  Please review the Bill of Rights shown in the document downloaded below for more information.
