Small Business Bill of Rights

In compliance with HB2260 which became effective July 24, 2014, relating to subsection (C) of A.R.S. 41-1001.01, the Board has created a Bill of Rights for Small Businesses.  The definition of a Small Business can be found in A.R.S. 41-1001(21).  Please review the Bill of Rights shown in the document downloaded below.

Drafted Revision to Administrative Code (Rules)

The Rules Committee met on May 7, 2014 to discuss the latest version of the drafted revision for the Board of Appraisal regulations (or rules).  This version was discussed and approved at the May 22, 2014 Board meeting.  The Board voted to open a docket for rule making with the Governor's Regulatory Review Council (GRRC). 

Due to comments received related to these proposed revisions to rules, the Rules Committee held a stakeholders meeting on October 23rd, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. to address a response to the comments that had been received.  Those in attendance at this meeting were not opposed to the rules as proposed, thus the Board is proceeding with the Governor's Regulatory Review... HB2239 Passed Legislation

HB2239 was signed by Governor Brewer and became effective July 24, 2014.  The current statutes under Legal Resources includes the changes from this bill.
